This session will be led by Katie De la Rosa ERYT, Certified Vibrational Sound Healing Guide, Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Guide Katie has 17 years of experience in yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement, Katie integrates these practices with meditation and sound healing to support overall well-being. Drawing from both fitness and spiritual study, she offers sessions for individuals, groups, and corporate settings—helping people find balance, resilience, and presence through movement, breath, and sound.
