Why contact the Ombuds? • There's an issue at the conference and you're not sure what to do. • You have been harassed or discriminated against at the conference. • You have a concern about how you are treated or conference misconduct. • You're looking for a safe place to get information and confidential guidance.
What is this resources? • An ombuds is a confidential, independent, impartial, and informal resource who is available to help you think through issues at NPC25. • The ombuds will keep your identity private (unless there is a safety issue). • You will decide what happens, if anything, after you speak with an ombuds. • The Ombuds help help resolve conflicts, problems, and concerns that prevent you from enjoying your time at NPC25.
