Josh Murphy is a Program Manager with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office for Coastal Management in Silver Spring, MD. In this role, he leads the office’s learning product development efforts and oversees the Digital Coast partnership and web platform. Josh brings over 20 years of experience in helping communities apply coastal information to adapt to a changing climate and enhance their community resilience.
