Eileen Franz

Elmhurst, Illinois

Eileen Franz is the City Planner for the City of Elmhurst. During her time in Elmhurst, she has worked on 2 Downtown Plan updates and a subsequent rezoning of the Downtown area. Prior to working at the City of Elmhurst, she worked at the Will County Land Use Department for 10 years doing planning, zoning administration and historic preservation. Eileen has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa and a Master's in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
