Chief Executive Officer
Center for Neighborhood Technology
Chicago, IL
I am a nationally recognized urban planner and policy expert with a decade of experience leading transformative city-wide initiatives that center equity, sustainability, and resilience. As CEO of the Center for Neighborhood Technology (CNT), I drive innovative, data-informed solutions that address climate resilience, transportation equity, and economic mobility—ensuring that historically excluded communities are at the table and leading the conversation.
Previously, as Chicago Recovery Plan Director, I managed the strategic allocation of $237M in COVID-19 relief and resilience funds, overseeing investments in housing, infrastructure, and economic development to drive long-term, systemic change. My expertise spans urban policy, community development, and equitable economic strategies, with a track record of successfully navigating government systems, forging cross-sector partnerships, and implementing high-impact programs.
I am a certified urban planner with a master’s degree in social and community development from USC. My work has spanned municipal government, nonprofit leadership, and private-sector consulting, equipping me with a unique ability to bridge the gap between policy, practice, and community-driven innovation.
Let’s connect and collaborate on driving systemic change in our communities
