Karen Wolf, FAICP, is President of the American Institute of Certified Planners following two terms on the AICP Commission. She was Chair of the AICP Ethics and Exam Committees. She serves as the Interim Academic Director of the Master of Infrastructure Planning & Management program at the University of Washington. Karen is an affiliate instructor at the UW in both the departments of Urban Design and Planning and Civil and Environmental Engineering. She retired from King County where she served as an advisor to elected leaders. She has a MUP and a BA in Economics, both from the UW.
