Samantha Castro, AICP (she/her/hers)

Samantha is a Certified Planner and a LEED AP for Neighborhood Design and has a Masters of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Her background includes large-scale master planning, as well as experience in all phases of urban design, city planning, landscape architecture, and public engagement. Most recently Samantha became the head of the Kentucky office of TSW, a planning, architecture, and landscape architecture firm based in Atlanta.
Samantha serves as guest lecturer and adjunct professor at the University of Kentucky. She also serves as the Chair of the APA-KY Chapter’s DEI Committee.
