Samuel has served as the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Equestrian Coordinator since September 2023. He has a broad range of experience in multimodal transportation planning and operations and is committed to helping to make New Mexico’s roads safer for all users. Samuel has a Master’s of Urban Planning from the University of Arizona and Bachelor’s of Urban and Technical Socio-Economic Planning from Roskilde University in Denmark.
