Andy Pfister is an urban planner with nearly 20 years of experience in housing, community development, land use planning, real estate feasibility and valuation, economic development, and implementation. He is passionate about understanding the complex social, economic, market, and political factors that influence how our communities grow. He leads Development Strategies' national housing strategy work and is deeply involved in neighborhood and district planning work as well, and deeply understands the importance of meaningfully engaging communities and working collaboratively with clients and community stakeholders to develop community supported and implementable strategies.
