Kyle is a Principal Planner with the Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) in Hartford, CT. He currently serves as the project manager for the region's climate action planning efforts through the EPA's Climate Pollution Reduction Grant program. Previously, he was the Senior Planner for the Town of Manchester, CT where he worked on redevelopment planning, housing, economic development, and parks & recreation master planning. He serves as co-chair of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Planning Association (CCAPA’s) Government Relations Committee, and his writing has appeared in publications for HUD and the American Planning Association.
