Eduardo Rivera is a dedicated City of Long Beach employee who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. As an Grants Administration Officer for the Grants Administration Division with the Public Works Department, Eduardo plays a pivotal role in securing funding for numerous community projects, ranging from infrastructure improvements to park projects. He is responsible for internal grant coordination Department-wide, grant opportunity assessment, leading the Department’s most critical and complex application efforts, working and coordinating with external granting agencies and responsible for the day-to-day management of the Elevate '28 Infrastructure Investement Plan. Eduardo is passionate about leveraging grants to effectively address the community's needs and has a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
