Hailey Vaughn is a certified planner (AICP) with a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University. Her experience spans both private and public sectors, including comprehensive and sub-area planning, zoning, economic development, and resiliency and emergency management planning. Hailey has collaborated with clients and municipalities across the country on community planning initiatives aimed at enhancing residents' quality of life. She also has experience in grant writing and management, having secured various nationwide grants, including those for bicycle and pedestrian safety such as Safe Streets for All. Hailey focuses on identifying a community’s unique assets and creating planning products to support equitable, diverse, and resilient communities.
